Duration

Summary
This project was initiated to develop and implement an intranet-based communication platform for surveys in customer satisfaction including statistical evaluation and reporting.
Project environment
As defined under an outsourcing agreement, my client provided IT services for his customer in the area of desktop-services, client-server services, WAN- and LAN services and infrastructural services. Management of both parties were interested to find out as much as possible about the degree of satisfaction of the customer (demand and procurement) as well as the end-user.
Project goal
The intended web-based application was designed to cater for regular mail-notification of all members of the target group, providing a link of limited validity to the survey. Second task was the anonymization of all data and production of statistical evaluations.
Project size
Business side of the client was involved with about 6 people and the customer side with about 15 people. On the part of the implementer, there were about 4 people involved.
